Right of Withdrawal (30-Day Cooling-Off Period)

In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU and the Italian Consumer Code (D.Lgs. 206/2005), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 30 days of receiving the goods, without providing any reason.

How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

  1. Contact us at [email protected] within 30 days of receiving your order.
  2. Include your order number and state that you wish to withdraw from the purchase.
  3. We will provide you with return instructions and, if applicable, a return shipping address.
  4. Ship the product back within 30 days of notifying us.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be in its original condition — unused, undamaged, and with all original tags/labels attached.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or order number) is required.

Please note: Items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or returned without original packaging may not be eligible for a full refund. We reserve the right to deduct a reasonable amount if the item shows signs of use beyond what is necessary to examine the product.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products that have been personalised or custom-made.
  • Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to hygiene reasons, if unsealed after delivery.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Standard returns (change of mind): The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • Defective or incorrect items: BlueberryPrice will cover the return shipping costs.

  3. We will arrange for a free replacement or full refund, including any return shipping costs.

Legal Warranty

All products sold by BlueberryPrice are covered by the 24-month legal warranty under Italian and EU consumer law. If a product proves defective within this period, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.
