3. When the courier delivers your package, you pay the total amount directly to them.

Important Notes for COD Orders

• Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the package and make the payment.
• Have the exact amount ready to ensure a smooth delivery process.
• If a COD delivery fails due to non-payment or absence, additional delivery charges may apply.

Online Payment

We also accept secure online payments for your convenience. Payments are processed through a secure, encrypted payment gateway to protect your financial information.

Accepted methods may include credit cards, debit cards, and other digital payment options available at checkout.

Pricing

• All prices on our website are displayed in Euros (€).
• Prices include VAT where applicable.
• Shipping is FREE on all orders.

Order Confirmation

After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details and estimated delivery time. If you do not receive a confirmation, please check your spam folder or contact us at [email protected].

Refunds for Payments

If you are entitled to a refund:

• Online payments: Refunded to the original payment method within 14 days.
• COD payments: Refunded via bank transfer. You will be asked to provide your bank details (IBAN) to process the refund.
