Ordering

How do I place an order?

Simply browse our products, click "Add to Cart" on the items you want, and proceed to checkout. Fill in your delivery details and confirm your order. It's that easy!

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you can place an order as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track your orders and check your order history more easily.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

If your order has not yet been shipped, you can request a modification or cancellation by contacting us at [email protected]. Once the order has been dispatched, it can no longer be modified.

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We offer two payment options:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Pay the courier directly when your package arrives. No card details needed.
  • Online Payment: Pay securely online at checkout.

Is it safe to shop on your website?

Absolutely. Our website uses SSL encryption to protect your data. With COD, you don't need to provide any financial details online at all.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take?

Delivery typically takes 5–12 business days depending on your location within Europe. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been shipped.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is completely FREE on all orders!

Do you ship outside of Europe?

Currently, we only ship within European countries. We are working on expanding our delivery zones in the future.

What happens if I'm not home during delivery?

The courier will typically attempt delivery again or leave a notice with instructions for rescheduling. For COD orders, please ensure someone is available to receive and pay for the package.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return, in accordance with EU consumer protection regulations. The item must be in its original condition and packaging.

How do I initiate a return?

Contact us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with return instructions.

How long does a refund take?

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 14 days. For COD orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer.

Who pays for return shipping?

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived defective or incorrect — in which case we will cover the return shipping.

Products

Are your products covered by a warranty?

Yes, all our products are covered by the 24-month legal warranty as required by EU and Italian law. If you discover a defect, contact us within 2 months of noticing it.

What if I receive a damaged or wrong item?

Please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the item and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
